"We have stayed at this Hotel a number of times. This time we were booked into our ground floor King room, and this room was of a lesser quality. The TV we could not figure out since it was one of those "smart TV" with no instructions, other than the guide for normal TV which did not exist. We had to bring in the Front Desk person to show us how to watch TV. Our last room had a regular TV set-up with channels. Our room also had no Toilet paper when we arrived. That is the first time that happened. We had to once again go to the front desk to get us some. The arm chair in our last room was much more comfortable than the cheaper chair our our room this time, but was still functional. The room was fine enough, with Fridge/Freezer and Microwave, and very clean. Other than those items above, the room is great for a 1 night stay. The Hot Breakfast is always nice. The hotel needs to take the butter though out of the fridge. Hard to spread Hard Butter."
