"The hotel room was in extremely poor condition, dirty floor and ceiling, the bathroom was disgusting, mold in the shower, the ceiling was caving in, the electric heater had a layer of dirt on it and the door hardware was falling apart. The day staff man was extremely rude right from the get go. When i asked for refund he refused. Yes we spent the night not realizing the shower actually had mold in it. "

"Excellent hôtel avec des attentions qu'on ne trouve pas ailleurs ! 5 à 7 et comptoir omelettes au déjeuner. Le seul bémol : les écrans de télévisions au bar et restaurant diffusent des postes américains, alors que les postes canadiens (en anglais aussi) ne manquent pas. Je trouve que ça donne une drôle "d'image" aux touristes."
