"The breakfast service is dreadful - they provide it as room service but it’s too slow - my breakfast took 1-1/2 hours to deliver. They need a different system. There’s no recycling in the room and the coffee maker takes pods which are not environmentally good. "

(Staff kindly offered to replace this dishes, so only a minor inconvenience)."
