"2 families stayed whilst visiting Alton Towers. We couldn’t have stayed any closer, The Old Barn literally on the doorstep. The property have a very homely feel which made relaxing easy. The room we had was a 2 bed apartment in the main building, which was much bigger than the photos. "Very old and dirty hotel. Furniture broken and old. Have to wait 30 min for the water to warm up before you can take a shower. Breakfast very bad cooked. Heating not working in my room and when asked for heater I didn’t get one.Windows don’t close stayed in 2 rooms you can open them from outside not safe to leave the personal belongings in the room."
