"The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They suggested a BBQ place within walking distance for dinner. It was excellent! The pool was okay. The exercise room was adequate. Our room had a great view of the Gateway Arch and was clean and spacious."

"We had the good fortune to be in a spacious corner room on the river side of the hotel. Looking out our window, we saw the majesty of the Arch, beauty of the park and river. The staff was very friendly and helpful."

"The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The building is older so not everything is most modern. The rooms and linens were clean. I stayed on 7th floor on the evens side of the hall that faces the highway. The traffic noise was a bit much for me. The room also had no coffee maker. Probably would not stay there again unless I stayed on the odd numbered side "
