"Excellent hot tub and sauna with great views. Conveniently located on the main road but away from the crowds. Free underground parking! Ski lockers. New building with good mattresses. Restaurant was expensive but lots of dining options within walking distance."

"Beautiful, new property in probably the best location in town. Nice walk in shower in all the rooms (I saw the basic room as well as the top floor 1 bedroom). Close to the best restaurant and Banff Ave. Great staff too. "

"This hotel is very well maintained, very clean and wonderful staff. The beds were incredibly hard so we only stayed one night of our two night stay. We brought our two small children which we feel would have been better if they were older. We were unaware of the option for a fridge in our room, so not having a fridge made it difficult to keep milk cold for the baby. Maybe a little more research on our part would have helped. Would be a nice couples hotel. Keep in mind Banff is also very expensive"

"Clean room and spacious for room with 2 queen beds and fireplace. Quiet neighborhood. Only draw back was that beds were hard and bit uncomfortable. We did end up with an upgrade and free bus passes."

"This was one of the best stays we’ve had in a hotel. For a hotel that is surrounded by ongoing renovations and construction our stay exceeded our expectations. We heard construction noises outside on the Monday around 11am which was fine. The sound proofing in the room made it hardly noticeable. For the rate we paid it was worth the experience. The great thing with parking is the close proximity to downtown Banff. We left our car underground until we needed it for our trip to Johnston Canyon. That was the most convenient part for us. Breakfast in the hotel was such a deal for the food options at the buffet. Overall very happy with our choice!"

"Very clean, smooth check in, good staff. They did have a very loud orchestra band playing in the late morning that was annoying. Overall good stay."
