"nice enough hotel, balcony had a lovely view and everything was comfortable. all staff i interacted with were very kind and the hot pools were very nice as well. unfortunately though i often did not have clean linens or replacement linens after housekeeping. Also they have a “personalized” coffee situation where you order what you’d actually like every day and they leave it in the room for you, but i only had my order brought to the room once out of 6 days. overall nice but not necessarily worth the extra price tag just yet in my opinion. "

"Amazing! Lots of spots to chill such as rooftop hot tubs, fire pit, sauna, balcony, and lounge. I love the Rocky Mountain soaps in all the bathrooms. Staff are always friendly and easy-going."
