"I would definitely not choose to stay here again. I would say that the staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful, but they were dealing with situations beyond their control. We tried to check in our room at 10:30 PM and they had overbooked so they tried to get us into three different rooms that went wrong for various reasons. One we couldn’t get in the door because they hadn’t replaced the batteries on the door lock, the next one had an actual broken bed so that when my daughter went to sit on the bed flipped up in the air, this is no joke. The third one ended up being totally decent, but they hadn’t taken out the trash and it just wasn’t wonderful, it had a broken door as well so they had to let us in with a key and we didn’t get our own card keys and someone came by in the morning to fix our door for us. When there are so many other options for this price range, I would not do this one again, the staff was really helpful, I will say that much, but they were being faced with something that wasn’t great."

"Wonderful staff, very helpful and understanding. We checking in, in the early hours of the morning and the staff member who checked us in was understanding and very caring. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was nice and big. The hotel was inside of a casino, so we had access to many restaurants and staff, so wonderful. "

"The rooms were clean and well stocked Really liked that real coffee cups, nice. The grounds are gorgeous . Loved all the little nooks of patio chairs and benches around the property. Only thing is is, it isn’t designed for someone that depends on a walker or wheelchair. It wasn’t impossible, just difficult. "

"Very nice hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. We had the corner king sweet with a view of the water. Everything was great. Only problem was there were 3 of us but was supplied for only 2. We were planning on using the the queen pull out sofa which was described as a memory foam mattress. It was not. It had a thin spring mattress which was not useable. One of us had to sleep on one of the window loungers. Which was ok. Other than that, it was wonderful. Just make sure you don't need the pull out!"
