"The property is located next to a nightclub, so spending Friday and Saturday nights at this hotel was absolutely unbearable. Because of this, I requested to leave earlier than originally planned and I was told it was not a problem, so I changed my plans and checked out on Sunday morning. The narrative changed and they started charging my card almost random numbers. I called several times only to be forwarded to the manager who did not respond to my calls. The make your own waffles are really good 😋 Rooms are clean, beds are comfy, and the location is perfect - close to Black Rock and Fairfield Center. It’s also close to the train station, so you can hop on the train for a day trip to the City."

"It was advertised as waterfront view. I could see the water but the interstate 95 was in the way. Also the entire area smelled like Marajuana. There were two dispensaries right next door to the hotel. Also the area seemed a little sketchy. Many people hanging out in the lobby and surrounding areas. I don’t think that they were guests but one never knows. The room was clean. Staff were extremely helpful. We just stayed one night and that’s probably as much as I would ever stay if in a pinch."

"When I checked out, I told the front desk clerk that this felt like my home away from home. I have stayed at this Hyatt in Milford many times over the past several years and while the room and all amenities have been great, the thing that I appreciate equally is the congeniality and hospitality of the staff. I highly recommend this hotel."
