"This hotel has one the best locations in the French Quarter. The staff is always cheerful and welcoming. The property is full of New Orleans charm. Our room was spacious and airy with very high ceilings. Highly recommend!"

"The rooms were not cleaned until several calls were made. I removed a do not disturb sign at 11 am upon leaving the room for the day. Upon return the do not disturb sign was back on the door and the room was not cleaned. The next day the do not disturb sign was not placed on the door and the room again was not cleaned at all. Several calls had to be made before the rooms were cleaned. The cleaning crew emptied trash and gave clean towels as a room clean resulting in more call backs for basic room clean. When inquired at the front desk the protocol for room service I was informed unless you request room service your room will not be cleaned. A resort fee is charged daily for an unsightly view overlooking dirty unkept rooftops of nearby buildings. "
