"I love staying at a Hampton Inn & suites. This was the first time I used the shuttle and I don’t think I’ll ever go back. The bed was comfortable which is very important for me. The breakfast had many options and very filling. They also had a little mart that was useful when you come back from the parks and want a quick snack or even microwaveable meal. They were accommodating with the toiletries. The rooms were clean and fairly up to date. I had a great experience. The staff was wonderful! "

"There was hair on the floor, hair in the bathtub, the whole floor was dirty, walls are dirty, room service is every 3 days so no one will clean your room or do anything, no soap, dirty towels. Bathroom door doesn’t close. I don’t think they clean the rooms at all, they might clean bed sheets but that is unsure. Breakfast is ok. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I read here that they reform the hotel, I can not imagine how it was before. "

"Clean room, staff very kind and helpful, near restaurants a drug store, nice breakfast, only downfall is misleading transportation to Universal. Only one transport to main Universal hub at 8am and back from main hub at 5:30pm. Wish I would’ve known I could’ve paid the $70 for parking towards a hotel with more transport and saved on parking…"
