"Great location in SP. Nice apartment. Good value. Communication was not great prior to check in."

"Breakfast was the only proper thing for the hotel. It is by the local airport (2km) aircrafts are passing by from 0600 to midnight. The rooms were very old, so the carpets on the corridors. The oldest towels I have ever seen in my whole life. Bathroom is old, seewage makes noise, so the fridge. I do not see anything positive about the hotel but the province."

"Unfortunately the rooms smelled mold I had to come downstairs on the 2nd night because the smell was horrible and I could breath.. I was offered other rooms and they were equally bad. I had 2 friends that came to the room and they felt it one of the has asthma that immediately had an attack. All I wanted was my money back .and forget the experience. I SINCE HAVE CHANGED HOTELS. Which I booked with Expedia also. I wonder why didn't Expedia didn't help also "

"Room was confortable, clean and spacious enough for a couple. Bathroom somewhat outdated but funcional with an excelent shower! Gym center very nice. Breakfast was nice. Personnel fantastic! Congrats to the staff"

"External doors to balconies on Lowe level floors could not be locked, staff seemed lost to resolve, 3 rooms later it was resolved. People partying on balconies well past 3am in the morning. Extensive building work ongoing next door - avoid at all cost."

"Property was under construction, around the room, dusty floors, bed bugs, dark rooms with no AC… manager offered a full refund if I was able to leave the room property before noon. Check out was confirmed but have not received a refund "
