"Happy with the shuttle. Pool was a bit old, but nice enough. Didn't get breakfast because we left early, and they wouldn't make up a to-go bag or even give us a granola bar, but we bought subs the night before from the shop in the same parking lot, and just kept them in the fridge for our breakfast.
They were having a lot of trouble with the elevators when we were there, making for a very long wait, and also made our shuttle back to the airport delayed because someone who couldn't use the stairs was unable to get down. If you're mobility impaired, the ground floor would be a safer bet, but hopefully that was a very temporary problem."
"The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The A/C worked perfectly. For breakfast there were scrambled and boiled eggs, sausages, bread, bagels, muffins, cookies, yogurt, apples, waffles, tea, coffee and juice. The muffins and cookies were my favorite. The evening clerk was very helpful when I inquired about a late checkout, sorry I forgot her name. This was the second time staying at this hotel and I will stay again whenever I visit Toronto."
"Overall, a great stay here at the Sandman. Everything was clean and ready for us as we got to the room and the overall hotel too. It was nice receiving a $15 voucher too to use at any of the 6 locations within the hotel. I’d come back and stay here again anytime."
"This was my sister and I’s first time going to Toronto and travelling alone. When our cards weren’t working the staff were very helpful and tried figure out what the issue was which they figured out was on their end and we were able to pay for things after that. The room was a nice size room for just the two of us and had lots of room to hang things from which is mainly what we needed for storage type things. When we first got there and were waiting for early check in the staff welcomed us to their breakfast. We ended up not getting the breakfast the next day just because it was so busy but from what we had it was a nice breakfast."
