"Tub was spraying water everywhere when shower was turned on water spraying from bottom faucet couldn't take shower for 3days that we where there, told staff no shower no room change no help from staff at all . Day shift last Saturday morning room 305! Will not return to this hotel .dont stay here"

"Staff was wonderful, room was clean, but not particularly soundproof. Lots of noise from other guests in the hall all hours of the night, and lots of traffic noise even though we were on the 10th floor. In room coffee was undrinkable, and breakfast bar coffee wasn't any better."

"The email that directed me to check in online the day before our reservation failed to submit. (After completing all sections, including a photo of my DL and credit card info, an error statement popped up with no info on where to find/correct it.). Therefore I had to do it all by ver again at the desk. Room was very basic - no closet, not even a hanger, but with a micro and fridge. Paint touch ups on walls and bathroom vanity are needed. Staff at check in and breakfast were great! "

"It was just ok. Room was run down. Paint was splattered places, the ceiling was stained in the main area, and the ceiling was cracked and broken in the bathroom. Didn't look like anyone really cared about the appearance of the building. "

"The breakfast is fresh and very good. The parking lot makes me feel safe. Inside the room, it is very quiet no matter the hotel is very closed to I10 highway. And the air conditioner is also very quiet. Our family likes this hotel much."

"Manager very helpful and available to assist. All front desk workers were friendly. Clean room and bathroom. Stayed on 4th floor, elevator was always clean (even with workers using the elevator). Close to food establishments. Would stay here again. Just note the road to inn is full of potholes, but it is just a very short distance."
