Great location, staff are wonderful, food is excellent , nice chilled week before touring southern India

We liked the ambiance of this hotel, all the staff were very professional and welcoming the minute you walk in,the surrounding cleanliness, food choices and variety of breakfast and the head chef NIKHIL is always there to help and make you the dishes of your choice provided you let him know day or two, otherwise overall very very good.definately recommend it.5/5

"An Enjoyable Stay in a Family-Friendly Hotel" Review: I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel with my family, booking three rooms in total. We unanimously agreed that it was a truly enjoyable experience. Firstly, the rooms were impressively spacious, allowing us ample space to relax and unwind after our daily excursions. Despite the building itself showing a bit of age, this in no way detracted from the comfort or functionality of our accommodations. One of the standout...

Hotel staff really cooperative and well mannered, great food and cleanrooms

The stay was really great. The staff was super helpful. We were travelling with a baby and they were understanding and accommodating to all our requests! The restaurant staff even played with her allowing us to eat. The food was really taste and the spread for breakfast and dinner was expansive and tasty irrespective of the type of cuisine. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

We loved this hotel, great! Staff were all really polite and attentive without being overbearing. Good location, easy to get Tuk tuks everywhere. Pool very pleasant during the day.

Awesome stay, helpful staff, well maintained premises and a good ambience

Absolutely impressed with this property, the place was spotless and the staff could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was amazing and the location is great. Fun area to shop and wander around the town. Loved this place. Thank you.

A beautiful heritage building type of Hotel. Located in an almost European street with lots of attractions nearby. Extremely well kept. Hospitality was excellent, as expected. Wide variety of food. Service was done leisurely. Bonds well if you are on a leisure holiday but not if you are in a hurry to eat. As we could make out, food was quite fresh. Pleasant staff. Helpful attitude. On checking in we realised that it’s part of the same group which owns Kumarakom Lake Resort which was our next...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It's a delightful hotel in every way and the terrace pool is nice too.

Great location about 1.5 hours by taxi from Cochin Airport. In a quiet street in the centre of Fort Cochin and easy walks to amenities. Very friendly reception staff but watch out for power cuts! Thoroughly recommend
