"Hotel is unique in that it is a resort but also is a great hotel to stay at if flying in our out of Marco Polo Airport. Staff was extremely helpful. They provide a shuttle service to and from the airport which takes only 5 minutes and is a great amenity. It is right across the street from a fine restaurant and our stay could not have been any better."

"Great choice for solo traveler. I stayed in the annex bldg; had a view out my window of a narrow canal below, with many gondolas passing through. It was enchanting! Also was very close to everything. Very easy to catch waterbus, etc. Staff were very helpful, and came over immediately when I had trouble with the AC. Access to cafe/espresso machine downstairs 24/hr. Would easily choose again for a future stay."
