"Clean room great staff"

"The gym is excellent as well as snack hours and breakfast "

"Facilities was average. Decor was old and somewhat well used. Breakfast provider was very friendly, pretty much the only one who was. Everyone else was very rigid and non vocal."

"What hot tub? I used the pool and it was like a polar dip. The bathroom had water under the flooring tiles. We were in room 119 March 7/8 2026. Could not sleep due to ongoing noise above us; vacuum going,thumping and dropping things and constant creaking; had to wear earplugs which did not help; told front desk twice and they didn't do anything. Breakfast was 1/2 hour late. The worst coffee ever; just coloured water; asked for other coffee, and it was the same! Complained about it and were told that was a standard amount of coffee; what a joke. Never go to this place. On top of that, we were overcharged. Never go to this place"
