"We booked to stay at the W Dubai Mina Seyahi, from our arrival we found very welcoming concierge to the reception team (especially Mukur) and all staff so helpful and go above and beyond to help you with every query and deliver a superb experience. The rooms are spectacular decoration with amazing views of the Marina and the Palm. The breakfast offering is wide, fresh and superb quality along with lunch and dinner in the Ginger Moon restaurant. The Farrago bar was an exceptionally great service , bar snacks and drinks with amazing service from Cristina and Elfunso. The beach area, beds, bars, variety of pools was amazing. The choice of restaurants and quality of food with the full access package delivered an amazing holiday and break. W Hotel was one of the nicest, cleanest and friendliness hotels we’ve ever stayed in."

"Staff was very nice. I understand the need to put the hairdryer in the drawer but that makes it very hard to use! Frustrating to have it there and yet, not being able to use it properly. A longer extension would be nice. Otherwise I really enjoyed my stay. "

"Beautiful hotel with a great view towards the Palm from our room. We had connecting rooms for our family of 5, and had plenty of space. Kids really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Lots of dining options in the hotel and nearby. Would stay again. "
