"The way to the hotel is very hard to find. My UBER had to drive 3x around and around for 3x15min and finally drove against the wrong way to the hotel, just to be able to drop me off. At the entrance there is no lobby, just a simple table, no computer, no phones, just a guy sitting there with a big book where he writes down the name of the guests. His English was terrible. After hours of back and forth with expedia, someone from staycae finally contacted me saying they have a booking from me but it was a last minute booking. I had booked this palce 6 months prior. "The room is dirty and smelly. I can smell urine on the bed. The landline phone is not working. No amenities like forks, bowls and knives for cooking. Room assess keys are malfunctioned. I went down to reception several times to fix the above issues and waste of my time. Overall I will not recommend anyone to stay here."
