"When i reached the place at night in dubai with my children, they said they don't have any booking for me. After hours of back and forth with expedia, someone from staycae finally contacted me saying they have a booking from me but it was a last minute booking. I had booked this palce 6 months prior. "The room is dirty and smelly. I can smell urine on the bed. The landline phone is not working. No amenities like forks, bowls and knives for cooking. Room assess keys are malfunctioned. I went down to reception several times to fix the above issues and waste of my time. Overall I will not recommend anyone to stay here."
