"Nice clean room even though you could hear people above snoring and conversation.We mentioned on three separate occasions we would like twin bed but got double.Having said this it is always a pleasure staying here and everyone is so friendly and helpful."

No coffee machine or mini fridge, both pretty standard these days, even in much less expensive rooms. The decor, both room and hotel generally, is really nicely done, and overall, we had a lovely stay. No better recommendation than to say we would definitely stay there again. "

"Lovely big bed and excellent plumbing. Practical room and slightly dated decor. Window onto narrow yard with almost no view. Good quality blinds and thick heavy curtains. Warm with effective radiator."

"This was the best place we stayed in England. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. We bought oven ready meals and cooked them. Made a salad. Good times. Lovely garden in back overlooking Pub. It was easy walking to grocery and Pub. "
