"We stayed here for 2 days and had a wonderful time. The service was exceptional from the receptionists to the restaurant servers. The staff were helpful , friendly and even accommodated our 5 hrs early check in. The bed was comfortable . The area was quiet at night. We enjoyed the variety of breakfast on both days. Everything was clean . Despite a minor plumbing issue in the shower and the limited gym equipment , we enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely come back . The guest relation receptionists were under a great manager , Chi Vo . "

"The location is fabulous! You step outside into the hustle and bustle of Hanoi but once you are in the hotel, it is peaceful and calm. Staff were very helpful during our stay. We came back an additional night and staff were very welcoming. The breakfast is fantastic and highly recommended. The lady chef was lovely and very accomodating both days we were there. We ate at the restaurant once and the food was delicious. We also had spa treatments done and were very pleased. I highly recommend considering when in Hanoi. "
