"Lovely room with great views. Good location in town. Very nice staff. Nobody helped with the cases from the car on arrival. They need valet parking. Earlier check in than 4pm as most hotels are 3pm. Also most good hotels have Umbrellas at reception. The positives outweighed the negatives but room for improvement."

"Great friendly staff, luxurious feel to the hotel and spa and easily walkable to Bowness where you can get boats and buses to wherever you want. All in all a lovely relaxing break."
