"The staff was wonderful. Room was very nice. It seems the staff is being prepped to say “sorry, sorry” for anything and everything. This is silly. I needed to change outgoing board and both the lovely young lady at the front desk and the lady who brought me a new board are firing “I’m sorries” at me. Really unnecessary and inappropriate."
