"I’ve stayed here a few times. I just really love the spa, pool and steam room which stays open until 10pm. The hotel is right next to half a dozen restaurant chains. Staff are friendly and appropriate. I did wake up to a raven knocking on the window one morning, like a day after I had told a story to my girlfriend about a raven knocking on my window elsewhere. That was in 2014, but it hasn’t happened the three times I have stayed there recently. Ha ha. The curse must be lifted. There is a great looking sports bar downstairs, but I haven’t used it. If I need to stay in the Manchester area for any reason I will go and stay here."

"Very clean room. And very big family room. Staff were all friendly and someone was always there to help if ever needed. Only downfall was the poor weather that was not the hotel or staffs fault. Had a great time thank you "

"great stay, staff awesome in general, especially the guy in the restuarant who came and spoke to my children in the evening and the morning, and offered to get them pancakes etc, boys felt really special and enjoyed the visit, also loved the pool and the room was also very good. will come back again"
