Everything was great until we could not get a refund for our last night of our stay- we had an emergency and Aloft nor Hotels.com would not refund our money for the last night.

Parking was safe and easy! Staff was friendly and super helpful! Hotel is in a great area and not to far from Walmart, target, or a hy vee along with different food places to eat. Would stay again and recommend to friends/family.
