We chose this hotel in preference to actually staying in central Perth, it was a great decision. The hotel is well located with shops and restaurants within short walking distance and yet was much quieter and more reasonably priced than a similar hotel in the city. South Perth Foreshore is well served by a punctual ferry service that runs every 15 minutes and takes about 7 minutes to travel across the river yet costs are trivial. I wish we’d stayed here from the start, great place and great location

This was the last two nights of our holiday in Australia so wanted to stay somewhere decent. This is different from your usual hotel but not too dissimilar from another Perth hotel we stayed at so perhaps there is a trend there towards these sort of places. It is modern and the rooms are quite small but good bed and a great shower. The staff were very obliging considering we arrived early due to our flight time and we were hoping to drop our bags off but they managed to let us in our room early...

Great location , easy walking distance from Perth Station and down to Elizabeth Quay. Free CAT Bus from right outside the hotel too. Great rooms, great bar and great cafe.

I did have a problem with the kettle. Unless you held the button down until it started to heat it would click off again. I did have to ask for more teabags one day as housekeeping had not restocked. Otherwise it was a nice hotel not too far to walk to Barrack Street for my tour pick-ups - about 15 minutes. All in all a very nice hotel.

Great location in Perth CBD, shops, eateries and all amenities are just a short stroll away. Hotel was clean, staff welcoming, breakfast options same every morning but quality was decent enough

The room was spacious and had a fridge, kettle, tea/coffee and bottled water. There was a fridge in a communal area with free bottled water. The staff were very helpful when the keycards stopped working. You also get 10% discount on food downstairs in the bar. Very noisy though and even with earplugs in I could hear the music. It went on til 11pm some nights - which wasn't ideal when we had early starts for day trips, and started at 7am some mornings.

Great location opposite Kings Park and a free CAT shuttle bus from city centre. Apartment was well set up with everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Bed was very comfortable. Restaurants nearby were nice.
