"I was super impressed by this place. Nice location with lots of big trees lining the streets. Room was super clean and big with full kitchen and even a little balcony. Very comfortable beds. Short walk to CBD but far away enough not to be in middle of hustle and bustle. Loved the old (stylishly renovated) building. Highly recommend. "

Only issues we encountered were low water pressure on the day we were leaving, (only affected the higher floors) but the staff offered us another room to shower etc, so quickly resolved. "I’ve stayed in a few hotels in Perth and now is one of my favourite hotels in Perth. I love how it has a heated pool for winter use, plus a sauna and steam room. Made a very relaxing stay. The place is top notch. Restaurant where breakfast is very modern. "

The shared areas are very welcoming, and the breakfast is good, with a variety of juice, fresh fruit, pastries, barista coffee, and muesli. It is very eco-conscious. This hotel might not appeal to everyone for a few reasons: Rooms do not have a desk or fridge. The idea is to use the communal areas with comfy seating, tables and a communal fridge. "Lovely spacious room and wonderful views from the w8th floor. The spa treatment I had here was one of the best I've experienced! General service was friendly but just ok - some unclean dishes/ glasses when room service was brought to the room and limited array of room service food in my opinion. I didn't feel staff went over and above to deliver exceptional service as I have seen elsewhere. "
