We had a pleasant stay. The sea view from the room is stunning.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The manager noticed that my birthday was 2 days prior to my arrival, and to my complete surprise, arranged for a cake and an iced bottle of Prosecco to be delivered to my room. A lovely generous, gesture, and such a rarity in today's commercial climate. The facilities were all of an excellent standard, but it's the friendly atmosphere that really sets this hotel apart.

We had a wonderful stay at Moyà Signature Apartment in Chania. The apartment was modern, spotlessly clean, and beautifully presented. Everything was well maintained and comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. The host was incredibly helpful, friendly, and always available to answer any questions or offer recommendations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chania

Incredible hotel which we’d recommend wholeheartedly! Hotel staff went out of their way to offer the warmest Greek welcome and first class service, especially Apostolos, Renata, Anna-Maria and the other young man who served breakfast. Hotel is beautifully decorated, with stunning sea view rooms and a wonderful roof terrace. Delightful breakfast with plenty of local treats to sample. Very close to both ports and right in the centre, but quiet. We hope we’ll be back! Efharisto poli!

This hotel could easily be a 4 Star. Free parking and only 2-3 km away from town. Hotel also offers a free shuttle to the town until midnight. Eva was outstanding every morning as she welcomed us with a smile on her face and very polite. Lady at reception was also very helpful, overall all the staff try their best to provide you best service. I enjoyed my stay and will be visiting Chania again and most probably stay in the same hotel. Fitness centre need attention as not everything is maintained...

Excellent. The sea views amazing

The location was great in the old historic town with immediate access to restaurants and bars good wi-fi and friendly staff and clean rooms

This is a truly charming hotel, in a great location. The service was so so welcoming it gave us the best start to our holiday in Crete. The staff recommended great local food and the breakfast was just wonderful. I am so glad we went there. We will definitely be going back.

Great location and brand new hotel. Very good breakfast also

Elia is a newly renovated hotel (2015) located right next to the Cathedral in a pedestrianised shopping street. We stayed in one of the suites on the fourth floor, this consisted of a room with a king size bed (with tempur foam matress and pillows no less), a separate lounge with TV and sofa bed and a bathroom with a big electric shower. The wardrobe, fridge and safe were located between the three rooms with doors providing privacy for all. The two main rooms were air conditioned and have...

Lovely check in staff. Bright, spacious clean rooms. Friendly staff throughout. Great quiet area. Will be back

Great hotel, Great location on the old bay, restaurants and bars within a short walk. Friendly staff, clean, great to sit outside and have a beer and see the sunset.

Highly recommended! Very friendly I couldn’t ask for better! Definitely coming back!

To begin with, the staff were incredible. Elana especially made our stay in these apartments. We visited reception one morning and she gave me loads of leaflets and explained all the different activities we could do during our stay. One of which was the bus to Elafonisi beach which was a coach that stopped off for breakfast and lunch to and from the beach. The journey was smooth and the beach was incredible we arrived earlier than expected so was able to pay for loungers and get some good...

The monetary is such a find. We booked this as a treat at the end of a family holiday. The location is perfect, so central. Just down a cute side street. The accommodation is beautiful - renovated to a high standard. The receptionists were so friendly always making time to talk to us about our day or help with anything. We were upgraded to a penthouse suite on arrival which had a roof terrace and hot tub. The room was modern and clean, v comfortable and we made use of the roof terrace one...
