"Property was nice staff was friendly and helpful. Our roomcleaning staff were very kind and did a great job! Hotel is near a couple transit stations which was very convenient to get anywhere in the city, especially heaving towards the tourist areas. Only complaint was that the bed was very firm but I put down the extra blankets they had and it helped."

"The place was spacious, but it lacked basic cleanliness and functionality. When we arrived, the walls were stained and the bed sheets were dirty. The master bathroom couldn’t be used because it didn’t have a splash guard, which caused water to flood the floor, so our entire group had to share one bathroom.
