"This is a former palace. The rooms are a huge and comfortable. The entire place is an oasis. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. It’s located in the Medina of Fes and calling it a labyrinth would be an understatement. Upon our checkout they kindly carried our bags through this maze and hailed a taxi - and negotiated with the driver (a must do) to get us to the train station. The morning breakfasts were massive, just when you think they could not get more plates on the table they come...

But we stayed in the standard room because the others were not available and when we for there we realized is so small we didn’t even fit with our luggage’s so we had to move the bed around and some things to fit, so the room is not nice at all, I guess they have other better ones. 10/10 Excellent
"An amazing find. A peaceful base for exploring the wonderful city of Fes, but also inviting enough to just spend the day in. The roof top terrace is lovely at any time of day, but particularly for breakfast or dinner. The staff were very helpful and considerate. The food was excellent. And, the spam and massage were superb. We will be back :)"
