"Everything was very clean, neat and tidy. The location is also very good and within walking distance of all the historical attractions and the popular food- shopping streets. Staff were very courteous and helpful. "

"We had room number eight, an upstairs suite that includes a king size bed, a lounge chair and a small table with two chairs. The room has a charming balcony that overlooks a Koi pond. The bathroom has both a shower and a copper bathtub. The main room also includes a small coffee bar area with sink, for preparing drinks and snacks. A small refrigerator is installed underneath. The complementary breakfast has a lot of variety, including omelettes, chilaquiles, fresh fruit with yogurt and granola as well as local specialties. We found all the staff to be helpful and proactive, but the real standout was a woman named Karina, who helped us out on many occasions. We had such a nice time we plan to return next year!"
