"Literally - 10/10. It’s a pretty new hotel so everything was great! Nothing bad to say at all. Highly recommend. The location was a bit out of the way from the main markets / the lakes BUT … taxis are cheap anyway so for the price, it more than balances out."

Wow what a stay! To start, the view over the hills and the surrounding lakes are stunning complemented by the various rooftops and balconies. The pool was very relaxing, while watching the local farm animals and inhabitant birds. The icing on the cake were the homestay owners and staff. General DD is a very interesting man, and his wife Joti is an excellent host, attending to every need and running an excellent cooking class. The food we ate after that class was absolutely delicious! One of the...

Excellent location for the room rent to be paid. Proximity to all important sites by walking distance in the old city of Udaipur. Experience the stay in 240 years old family property managed and well maintained by the owner Mr Satyendrasinh, with lots of personal care and affection.
You may enjoy the beauty of lake pichola for hours from the terrace of the hotel during morning and late evening and relax.
No food service (except tea pot) is available in the hotel, but lots of good restaurants...

Brilliant hotel, amazing food, good location, reasonably good service. Best part was that we got a free upgrade. Breakfast was pretty good too. Dinner awesome...so much so that my friend said that he will bring his family there just to dine.
One thing - Google maps are not most convenient, don't follow it. Call hotel and take alternate route.
