"Die Gastgeberin hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben. Aufgrund eines Wasserschadens konnten wir die gebuchten Zimmer nicht beziehen. Sie hat uns zwei Ausweichunterkünfte besorgt und das teurere Turmzimmer zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Turmzimmer ist allerdings nix für Jeden, Wendeltreppe mit 64 Stufen 😉 Aber etwas besonderes. Frühstücksbüffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Bad Münstereifel mit dem Outlet sehenswert 👍"

"Nice three star hotel in the city center. Walkable to all the sites. Comfortable rooms. Must walk up stairs. Normal German style breakfast included. Very helpful, friendly staff. Excellent food for dinner at the restaurant."

"Room was ok. A bit warm as there was no air conditioning or fan. The bed was ok apart from the awful pillows (which you will find in most German hotels sadly) which are big, floppy and offer no support to your head. The bathroom was clean. The hill up to the hotel is very steep if youre walking. Hard work with a heavy suitcase, especially on the cobbles! Surrounding area nice. Near to the old town with the beautiful castle and churches. Staff were nice. They spoke English and booked a taxi...

"Loved our stay here, wish we’d had more time! Original and clever decor, very clean and spacious rooms, delicious breakfast (much better than the average hotel breakfast buffet) and dog friendly."

"Great restaurant, we had an excellent evening meal. Breakfast was also good. We enjoyed cocktails in the bar - service was top notch. Some of the rooms need maintenance, there were some plumbing problems during our stay and our in room safe wasn’t working. Overall, good value for money. We would book again. "
