"Nice stay, this is more a hotel than a condo. Nice location, easy access from Central Station, close to the tram or walking distance to Jordaan. Only suggestion for improvement would be to stock the kitchen a bit more with equipment. One pot and one pan don’t go far, and the dishes were a bit short so we ended up running the dishwasher a lot."

"Nice, good value apartment with just enough space for our family of four. Appreciated the kitchen facilities, especially the coffee pad machine and two bedrooms was a bonus. The steps up to them are steep though and would be a challenge to the mobility impaired, and as someone mentioned, the ‘exit’ light is ridiculously bright - we thought it was time to get up at 2am! Everything else is a positive though including the appealing location which is close to transport, eateries etc. Recommended!"

The shopping, access to tram and city centre make this a great place to stay, A market practicallly out the door and tram down the street have easy transportation. "Amsterdam was amazing—the city is beautiful, and the hotel is in a great central location. We stayed in the Collector Suite, which was stunning and very comfortable. The only disappointment we had was with the concierge, who wasn’t able to arrange a private vehicle on short notice; we were told they require at least six hours’ notice. We also felt that no one really took the time to explain the hotel’s amenities, so we had to figure things out ourselves. The property layout can be a bit confusing, and finding your way to and from the lobby takes some getting used to. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but the staff could be a bit more proactive and helpful to make guests feel more supported."
