"I sent my Carer “Niki” (me, now with Parkinson’s), on a restful week’s break. She told me and I can confirm having stayed at the same, excellent ‘Relais Cooden Beach Hotel and Spa' (two years previously with my beloved late Wife, Pamela), this IS a really lovely and well-organised Hotel. With very easy access to beautiful Bexhill, Hastings, Eastbourne and Brighton by the ADJOINING Cooden Beach (Southern Railway) Station. There is a Spa (of course) and delicious food from the 'motor-racing’ inspired Restaurant. Very worthwhile visit."

"Staying at St Benedict's is an exceptional experience. Astonishing period decoration takes you to a different era. Well located, excellent breakfast, the bathroom was period too (no shower in ours) - but worth the compromise. So much to look at and enjoy, magical, and a fascinating garden. A worthwhile mini-adventure."
