Great overall hotel and for easy access to coast line from Hastings through to Seven Sisters Cliff The hotel is next to train line but no issues re noise Staff is great and supportive Breakfast various options from hot and cold. Great Sunday roast.

We very much enjoyed our stay with you. The room was very clean and the aspect was beautiful. Checking in was a little slow due to some admin problems but overall a good stay.

I loved the relaxed vibe, the friendly staff and the location right on the beach. It’s a bit retro, but in all the good ways. It was just lacking a seafront pool and a shower for the thermal spa. Fantastic food.

We had an amazing stay, the hotel and staff are fabulous. The spa is a little on the small side and when busy doesn’t offer many areas to escape everyone, but the treatments are fantastic and well worth the money. Overall a fantastic stay! Thank you, we will be back!

Fantastic bathroom. Comfortable bed. Helpful staff. A bit of a rabbit warren. No lift to upper floors. An elderly couple were struggling up the stairs and were not finding it easy. The staff had offered to help them but they had declined. Would have helped to have written information about meal times, local transport especially train service, contact numbers and places of local interest

Overall I think the price of accommodation does not equate to the quality of the accommodation and breakfast setup. Bed comfortable with good linen Room stuffy without a fan or window to open Staff friendly and helpful Great shower, water hot with good pressure I could not find temperature controls, nor instructions, nor a fan and there was no window to open. Just the doors to the patio - lovely but quite vunerable on the first floor Why oh why can a hair dryer not be provided with a long enough cord to get near a mirror or a mirror placed near the outlet. Options were: bathroom too far to see appropriately or right above the coffee / tea cups Breakfast - serve eggs with toast rather then patron toasting bread themselves at the continental serving area and waiting for the eggs to be delivered

Lovely Hotel with friendly staff and good food. However, restaurant staff need more training as several times mistakes were made with our food and drink orders. Get this done and we would have given top marks. We did enjoy our three days break.

Great hotel right on the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful, and food at the restaurant was great (we had breakfast, lunch and dinner over 2 days). Small spa area which was a nice treat after a days cycling! Our room was on the small side but it was perfectly fine for a short stay (and the bathroom was big!) Would recommend!
