"The room seemed clean and staff were nice though my interaction with them was limited. The room was much smaller than the picture i saw when i booked. I felt like i was in a sardine can. There was one desk chair which meant either my wife or I needed to sit on the bed. The TV had no channels on it, none! Maybe a connection problem but i was too tired to even deal with it so for 2 nights i scrolled my phone an read books. Also, the complimentary coffee in the room, enough for one guest, not two. I will probably rethink staying there again."

"The pool was out of order for fixing.The shower door was broken. There was hair on the sheets and globs of hair in the sink drain. I was called, bothered and accused of smoking when we weren't. I also didn't even complain about any of it. I'm not happy about it at all! "

"Stains on everything. Shifty front desk workers and sticky floors is all this building has to offer. More akin to a stereotypical motel than a hotel. Nothing surrounding the area."

"Worst place I ever stayed in. Room was well below acceptable. Ceiling tiles missing. Rooms were ice cold due to space under door leading to the indoor pool area. Doors locks to room look like they were kicked in and unsecureable. Hot tub was bolted shut. Pictures on website showed it was working and open. Main door to building D was unsecured (not Lockable) even though there was a key swipe. No working Ice Machine in the building. One of the reasons i picked this location was the pool/hot tub. I will never use Radisson ever again. King size bed was reserved, but was unavailable. Then we were overcharged for the 2 full sized beds after we were told the price would not change. I want a full refund for this entire waste of time. I was going to sleep in my truck as it would have been safer."

"Room wasn't ready when they sent us up, but staff hustled to get it cleaned. We needed a pack and play for a baby but it was broken. Breakfast was decent. Okay stay for the price. "

"There was an issue at check-in, but the staff worked very quickly to resolve it. The room was clean, and very comfortable. The fan in the bathroom was a bit loud. Breakfast was very good."
