Many people across the entire United States , of which I travel all the time , could take lessons from her on Customer Service and just being a very courteous and caring individual! When I come back through this way, I will stay at this Hotel because of Lisa! My first interacted with Lisa on the phone, confirming my reservation and that in itself was a truly incredible experience of a person who cares and was very efficient, professional, and courteous! How could you ask for more? Give this incredible lady a raise and recognition somehow someway!
