"Had a great view of the opera house, bed was comfy except it seemed to be two smaller beds combined to form a king so sleeping directly in the center was uncomfortable. Bathroom was nice, hot shower and hot tub were great. Breakfast was very accommodating with a great view of the harbor. However, it seems the best time to go was at the start time when the staff weren’t overburdened with drink orders and cleaning tables. "

The location is excellent and walkable to so many spots, making it super convenient. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and upscale, and I really liked the overall atmosphere. "Definitely a luxurious hotel with extremely comfortable and plush beds. My husband has back issues and this is one of the main reasons why we keep coming back to this hotel. "This hotel is clean and closely located to the new Victoria Cross Metro station. We enjoyed our stay - the only complaint was staff were a little slow to react. We had someone park in a thoroughfare in the carpark so larger cars could not exit and it took over an hour to have resolved. "
