"The price was fair in that it was inexpensive - however: (1) the motel has no ice machine - thats on you; (2) the motel does NOT provide any soap (none!); and (3) in the 1st hour in the room I swatted many flies and there were dead ones in the room corners that hadnt been cleaned up before check-in. AC and hot water were both great. But as I said, the price was low, but not a giant bargain. "

"Every room has a private balcony overlooking the Chincoteague Channel. It’s wonderful to wake up in the morning to the cries of gulls and to watch the sun set at the end of the day. Rooms were comfortable, the pool temperature was just right - even in mid-summer - and staff was responsive and kind. The hotel is on the quiet edge of Chincoteague’s downtown. It’s fun to bike around this village and out to Assateague Island. "
