"The room and hallways were filthy, the staff was rude and looked like he just got out of bed. Breakfast area was dirty and the food looked like it had been there a few days. Hot tub and pool area is very small and a very strong odour."

"We had a pullout couch in our room, and there were no pillows for the pullout. We called down to the front desk, and they told me they would be up with pillows. After an hour, we called again, and they told us there were no extra pillows in the entire hotel. When we unfolded the pullout their was a kit-kat wrapper in the bed."
