What was even more concerning is that another employee there, who I believe was security, implied this is a common issue with her behavior. I ended up not staying at the hotel and went to Kimpton instead. I’d strongly recommend checking the recent customer service reviews before booking here. Hopefully management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary staff changes."

"Decent breakfast, nice room, but the room was way too noisy. Room 101 is too close to the front desk and you can hear everything, including people walking down the halls, etc. There was plenty of parking and the hotel is located in a very convenient location."
