"We were greeted by the friendly owner. Having a kitchenette and living area was a welcome sight. Our first night (different hotel) was a very small room so the extra space was a welcome relief. The room was very clean and the views were stunning. There is a small deck with chairs to sit and enjoy the view. GPS had difficulty finding this but luckily we found a very helpful person to send us back in the correct direction. It is right on the ring road so it shouldn't have been a problem."

"This adorable little cabin was perfect for our stay traveling around the Ring Road! My grandmother and I LOVED this cozy place. "Our room was clean and comfortable. We had shared bathrooms, but we did not find this to be a problem. There was no waiting, and the bathrooms were clean. The breakfast was pretty good. There is a nature path outside that we enjoyed taking. The staff were friendly and helpful. Please note that the walls are thin; fortunately, everything quieted down pretty early and stayed quiet throughout the night. If you are looking for a budget friendly place to stay in this part of Iceland and don't mind sharing a bathroom, this would be a great option."
