"This place needs a second lift. Currently, there is just one, very small (can fit a maximum of 4 people) lift which, when I stayed, wasn't working. They need to fix this. Also... renting umbrellas for £3 per day is wrong wrong wrong. Expensive hotels should give their cheap umbrellas to guests for nothing "
