"Room was brand new. Kitchen was well stocked with all cooking needs. Bar across the street was convenient. Parking was ok. There is plenty but not always close to your room. "

"We had a late Checkin but the service was on point, I was even shown to my room tho it was late and he couldn’t have been any more welcoming. The grounds person I encountered in the morning outside was equally friendly and kind. Place was comfy, clean and slept very soundly. Thank you for the wonderful experience and super close to beach! "Room has a smell to it due to it being an old property, old rug and old beds. Old design. It is cheap compare to other nicer and renovated properties. Most properties around the area are old. Staff are helpful, always smiling and courteous. Their housekeeping only puts new towels and cleans trash, we had to tell the front desk daily that we want full service to make up the bed. Seems housekeeping doesn’t clean everyday, that could be why the room smells. Beach view doesn’t disappoint, beautiful all the time. Didn’t have breakfast there. We got the rate cheap but the parking fee is $20/night and resort fee is $25/night. We paid more for these fees compare to the room rate. Be careful that you think you’re getting a good deal. Maybe better to do Airbnb since you don’t pay for parking and resort fee."
