Room was clean and ready when we got there. Plenty of space for our week in Maui. Great location with a beautiful beach across the street. Staff was friendly and helpful. Gorgeous unit and amazing views from the balcony. No air conditioning which we knew about, plenty of windows for a cross breeze but it was still pretty warm at night. Had we been there any time other than December it would have been super hot. I’d stay again though. Amazing value for the location.

Great check in process, especially with after hours check in. Safe and clean! There was a permanent resident that was loud at times but did not bother us at all. One thing to note is there is no air conditioning. We visited in January so there were no issues when we left the windows open and fans on it was a great breeze but definitely something to note depending on the time of year you visit. 10/10 recommend and will stay here again!

The place was great! Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the location. The only issue is there is a certifiable crazy lady that lives there on the 4th floor that will harass you. It's almost guaranteed. She even has a loud speaker to bother guests on a regularly basic. This has been an ongoing issue for years. My advice, if you go just ignore her she is nuts and looking for attention.

Good things-clean and well maintained. Located across the road from one of the longest beaches on the island. Lanai’s in the main building have great water views. Bad things-they have cable TV which has 300 channels of everything to never wanted to watch. No sports & very limited news. I was unable to download any streaming services. Their idea of AC is two large ceiling fans. They also have a permanent resident who is unique. Their no dogs allowed, yet she has two. When kids get noisy at the pool she sends out the big dog to the lanai to bark at the kids. She plays a piano every day. She is very confrontational and use a bullhorn to argue with guest in the pool area. It is a pleasant place to stay, but be aware!
