"The food is ok, service a bit slow, especially when busy.
The bed is the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, like sleeping on the floor it’s that hard. There were two beds in my room, both the same. "

"Room was clean, but a little smelly after running the tap. Wardrobe was ridiculously small, like an armoir rather than a wardrobe. My dresses didn’t fit.
Luckily radiator in bedroom was adjustable as it was very warm.
Heaps of tea and coffee but we had to pop our fresh milk onto the windowsill outside as no fridge in room.
Staff were excellent
Slept well despite what appeared to be someone playing (badly) the last post on a cornet, down the hall."
