"Lovely
dog friendly hotel. Reception staff at check in was extremely curt verging on rudeness. When asking if pool was still open said wouldn’t think so as it was their weekend this was at 5.30pm!! Sent us to spa to ask ourselves not what you would expect of a hotel of this standard! Fortunately the rest of the staff were so helpful and their service was great. Rooms were comfortable and clean and pool facilities were great. "

Friendly, processional and accommodating. Even asked if I needed help with my luggage taken to the room!
Room was great. Modern, clean and comfy.
Went down to restaurant and again all staff were pleasant and nothing was an issue. Food was amazing and not overly priced. I went for the soup and smash burger. Probably one of the best burgers I’ve had.
It’s worth noting that the breakfast was advertised at £22 when booking so declined offer. Arrived and upon check in, breakfast was £12.00?
What could be better was a better TV in room and being able to pay with American Express. "
