You'd be pushed to find a better hotel in Jerusalem. It was lovely, really like being in an old colony embassy.

Manager Jeremy was very helpful, had a problem with noise coming from one of the floors, he dealt with it . Breakfast good, property excellent location, clean, few minutes walk to shopping at mamilla. Superior room was big enough with balcony but downside was two separate beds not one double, but I knew about that before I booked and that was all that was available. . Other than that nothing to complain about and would stay there again. Great little find if you dont want a pool etc.

Excellent hotel. Excellent position. Was a return visit but unfortunately the indoor pool is still not built.

This hotel is authentic Palestinian close to all amenities with a fabulous garden restaurant (best to book since it is very popular). It is 5 mins from the Damascus Gate, 2 mins from the Garden Tomb and next to two local bus stations. Get bus 275 to Mount of Olives and walk down into the Old City. The hotel rooms have high ceilings, ceiling fan as well as A/C. The hotel is full of Palestinian art and furniture etc. Despite being next to the Old City it is in a quite area. The staff are very...

Spent 6 nights here. Staff could not have been more helpful. In spite of being only 2 mins walk from busy Salah al Din Street, hotel is quiet, cool, restful. Food excellent (10% discount in restaurant for residents). A perfect base for exploring Jerusalem, the Old City (5 mins walk), and other parts of West Bank (5 mins walk from bus station for Ramallah)

Good room, breakfast and a relaxing location. Staff really good. Location great for Damascus Gate and Old City, 200 meters walk. No problems walking or concerns. Bus stations also near to get to various places and no problem using them. Had a great time. Only shame is that we couldn't have an evening meal on site but at least it made us going out and about in the evening.

We stayed here as a family of 20 and it was great. Rooms: We ranged between Triple , Double and accessible rooms. The rooms offer a kettle/tea etc, wardrobe, Iron, Blankets , Hairdryer. Or these items can be requested. Location: Location was fantastic a 15 min walk to the Herolds gate towards the Masjid. On the way down you will come across cafes, shops , stalls which are all very handy. Staff: All Staff were amazing and very helpful/Kind. Thank you so much would definitely stay here...

Welcoming and helpful hotel staff! Good hotel facilities and comfortable rooms! Good continental breakfast with fresh salad, vegetables and fruits. Excellent location!

Clean hotel, super friendly staff and great location. I noticed that they were also very accommodating to families with small kids. Internet was a problem but that is it. The rest was great.

I was initially a bit worried about what to expect at this hotel. My worries were immediately put to bed upon arrival. Location is perfect in a very clean and pleasant area as soon as you enter the Jaffa Gate of the old city. All the main attractions and historical and religious sites within the old city are within walking distance from the hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming and the owner of the hotel Mr Dajani was very humble. The rooftop terrace gives a beautiful view of...

It was a great hotel with a fantastic breakfast! My only gripe is that the pull out couch was not very comfortable. It would have been better to have a room with two proper beds in it. Other than that, it was good!

Fantastic hotel, 5 minute walk from the Old City. Very smart and clean. The staff were brilliant, friendly & polite. Breakfast good with lots of choice. The rooftop pool was a big bonus.

It is good place to stay near to old city 15 walking distance to the Masjid Alaqsa

Convenient location. Great facilities including free parking, wifi etc.
