Clean and perfectly situated for the Old City. There was some life noise until 1am from properties behind, but only on one night.

City Center Jerusalem
This hotel is adjacent to the Lev Yerushalayim and is right in Ben yehuda. So, it's not quiet and construction in the light rail extension makes extra noise.
